Ukraine- All The Democracy Television Can Buy
Ukraine was -until recently- a little-visited but strategically important country on the border of Russia. For decades, Ukraine has been in conflict with many of its own people in the Donbass region-the ones who who speak Russian and believe they live in Russia. In 2019 a popular actor/celebrity won a landslide victory in Ukraine's Presidential election. The new President promised to resolve Ukraine's internal ethnic conflict and defuse the ongoing tensions with Russia. But what he actually did was something rather different...
A little biography is needed here. Once upon a time, President Volodymyr Zelensky was an entertainer -an actor/comedian who became famous in Ukraine by playing the part of the President in a popular TV series called "Servant of The People". This made him a natural target for the CIA, who organised the political upheaval that had overtaken Ukraine in 2014.
America wanted a puppet Ukranian President they could control and Zelensky was the obvious selection; he had, after all, been practising for the job in front of the cameras for years. Some dreadful tin-foil hat-wearing conspiracy theorists have actually suggested that "Servant Of The People" was in fact financed by the CIA. Honestly, how crazy can you be? By an amazing coincidence (not) Servant of the People starring Vlodymyr Zelensky returned for its third series the same week as the actual Presidential Election in 2019. Zelensky - already a household name, duly became Ukraine's President without holding a single large-scale political rally. That's the kind of democracy only television can buy.
The politician Zelensky replaced had -to NATO's annoyance- been negotiating with Russia, who wanted a diplomatic resolution to the conflict -a process called the "Minsk Protocol." Zelensky, however, was instructed to reject Russian 'compromise'. For three years Zelensky stalled and bluffed, refusing all and any offers from Moscow. American cash and weapons were regularly airlifted into the country. In return, America's new puppet President made repeated speeches expressing his wish to join NATO, with broad hints that Ukraine would love to have its own 'independent' nuclear weapons.
SERIOUSLY?
To understand how this looked to Vladimir Putin, picture it the other way around. Imagine that Mexico announced it had done a deal with Russia, and would be getting its own nuclear missiles as soon as possible. This would put Russian missiles on the border of Texas, with the ability to hit New York and Washington from close range. What do you think America would do in such a situation? The Pentagon war-lords would hardly sit back and say "Well, Mexico's a democracy. Gee, I guess we'll just have to let them get those pesky Russian missiles."
So Zelensky's refusal to negotiate with Russia, plus his loudly-stated nuclear ambitions, was daring Russia to either back down or accept NATO missiles right on their own border pointing straight at Moscow. Flaunting their presence and influence, American military chemical-weapons laboratories were opening up all across Ukraine.
Russia was naturally furious at this development and complained to the United Nations Security Council (as we reported HERE). In a final provocation, Zelensky moved 60,000 troops up to the edge of the disputed Donbass region. From this position, the army could fire (American-supplied) shells at the Russian/Ukranians right on the Russian border -and they did.
This wasn't deep, complex geopolitics. This was bread-and-butter aggression, paid for by Russia's sworn enemy. Enough was enough. Russian troops and heavy weapons advanced into Eastern Ukraine and the war began. But the conflict itself was eclipsed by an immediate mainstream-media Blitzkreig, in which 'plucky little Ukraine' had been attacked by the 'evil, merciless' Vladimir Putin.

From that moment on it's been a propaganda carnival with -as always- lies and distortions barking from every corner. To ensure the public remains as ignorant as possible, the censorship for which Britain and America are universally famous has been amped up to the max. Russia Today (RT) -the Russian state broadcasting station- has notably vanished from Youtube.
There is, of course, no reason to suppose RT is any more or less biased than America's CNN or Britain's BBC. Furthermore, neither America nor Britain is at war with Russia (although Ukraine v Russia is such a ridiculous idea this conflict is very obviously a proxy war between NATO and Moscow.) There is no purpose for this kind of censorship other than to prevent people from hearing both sides of the argument. Ignorance is the war-monger's friend.
Have we not just learned our lesson -that state media is merely the theatre of lies? Once again, as with the Covid charade, the television became the go-to window through which public opinion must be formed -so only the 'correct' television stations are now allowed. How quickly 'global' becomes local when a fairy-tale needs telling.
What superb timing too! Just as the Coronapanto ran out of steam and the heat was being turned up on the crooked deviants fleecing us, here was a brand new crisis du jour. It was time to forget the criminal Lockdown abuses, the billionaire jab-salesmen, the insane masking theatrics, the obscenity of wrecking a generation of children with needless fears and hysteria, the mass destruction of jobs and futures. Forget all that! Look! Look over there - there is your enemy!
And like the sheep they so truly are, every cretinous Twitter-brain in the western world started squeaking "Russian brutality" and running up their pretty flags. Because "democracy". What ignorant fools we have become. Shut
down ALL the television and radio stations, shut down the internet
itself and this ridiculous unnecessary war would vanish without trace.
Within a week none of the virtue-signalling dolts with their limp
flag-waving would even remember what it was supposed to be about.
As I've said before, my sympathy is entirely with the poor bastards stuck living in Ukraine, but this whole bloodbath can't just be hung round Russia's neck. NATO didn't bother asking the Ukrainian people's opinions before barging in with guns and ammunition-why would they? NATO doesn't ask - NATO takes. Lets not forget what NATO has done for...Iraq, Afghanstan, Libya and Syria to name just four lucky nations. Credit where it's due.
ROLL UP ROLL UP
What a most peculiar war is Ukraine v Russia. Never in the field of human conflict were so many posing in a war-zone for so long. Every day six more political jerkoffs pop into Kiev for his/her photo-op with the fearless President Zelensky (cheque in the post, Volodymyr, old chap). Like the seasoned old luvvie he is, Zelensky has returned to his natural habitat -dressing down for the cameras- and he will ride this PR pony all the way to Switzerland with a bag in each hand.
Minor politicians who couldn't find Ukraine on a map turn up in this 'war zone', grinning and hugging the posturing little creep whose offshore bank-accounts are already bulging with dirty bribes. Did you see Zelensky today! Zelensky with Boris Johnson! Zelensky with a machine gun! Zelensky doing live karaoke with Bono and U2!
Every ugly has-been on earth is racing to Kiev to throw arms at and around Zelensky the Great, Zelensky the Golden One. His calendar must be getting chopped into sixty-second bites to accomodate all the international grifters needing a ratings boost. "Hello? Zelensky speaking. Justin Trudeau? I can fit you in...between Macron and Madonna.. uh.. 14.57 Wednesday18th? Fine! Usual arrangement. Must dash, see you soon!-"
In fairness to Ukraine's pre-paid Premier, last week he did actually take a few minutes off from selling selfies to the highest bidder. With a flourish worthy of Stalin, Zelensky passed a brave new law making political parties who oppose his forever war with Russia "illegal." Bravo, Herr Reischfuhrer!
FOLLOW THE MONEY
Talking of puppets, a staggering $40 billion is heading into Zelensky's bottomless war-chest, courtesy of (the alleged) President Joseph Biden. That's how you stop a war, isn't it? An unlimited budget! Now we know who the 'good-guys' are, eh?
Of course, once news of that got out, every political poodle with less than five million in the bank is demanding their country gets to join NATO while stocks (of cash) last. Sweden's leader can't wait. Finland's boss is gagging for it. All tomorrow's Zelenskies are forming a queue and polishing their begging-bowls. Come on, guys, it's a tax-free, no-lose chance-of-a-lifetime offer. Join NATO and win the lottery!
Stepping back from this megabuck money-go-round, what on earth is going on? There's something just a teeny bit wrong in this "evil monster mass-murderer Putin wants victory at all costs" story. Does anybody, anywhere, seriously believe the Russians couldn't wipe Ukraine off the map within five minutes? Are we supposed to think an endless supply of imaginary money will allow Ukraine to 'defeat' Russia?
I appreciate that Major-General Zelensky has a handful of his very own Nazis - the Azov Regiment [Read about them HERE] to name just one mob- to help out with his 'war'. But in case he's forgotten, Russia lost 27 million people fighting Hitler's Nazi hordes -and then drove the German Wermacht all the way back to Berlin, yard by blood-soaked yard. Nobody defeats Russia, least of all a batch of CIA-sponsored knuckle-draggers in the arse-end of Crimea.
But don't expect to see Zelensky's name on the casualty list when the depleted-uranium dust settles on the ruins of the country he sold to NATO. He'll be 'in exile' in some agreeable, untaxable heaven, spending the loot and reminiscing about the glory days.
This entire so-called war is a dance of distraction -just the latest cover-story to obscure the deliberate, steady destruction of all the nation states including ours. Just like Covid, just like Climate Change, the latest crisis falls heaviest on the little people-on our economies, our lives, our futures. The wheel is turning and the only way is down.
And as always the solution will be the same..."The Nations of the World must come together and unite to defeat Iraq / Isis/ Climate Change / the Pandemic / Russia..."(tick where applicable.)
You just can't win any battle without the One World Government, see? If you don't get it yet, just sit tight, ladies and gents, because it's coming over the hill like an express train.
