Dictatorship : It's Not New and It's Not Normal

From Silicon Valley to Salisbury Plain, the adrenalin rush of power has finally brought the true rat-weasels slouching into view. Just as the muzzles are going up on the people's faces, the masks are coming down off the new  dictators.
