Driving (past) Glasgow on the motorway the other day, I was, as usual, subjected to the hectoring threats of the Jock-o-Bot which puts messages up on the electronic  signs overhead. Throughout the last year, standard road-user fear-porn was: "COVID LEVEL THREE * STAY HOME * PLAN AHEAD". But the glory days are over.
