Exclusive! CIA Breeding New Recruits for America's Deadly Insect Army -In England

Weaponising disease is a military tactic as old as war. As soon as the ancient kings started building castles, their enemies started flinging rotting or diseased corpses over the walls to infect those sheltering inside. I have raised the issue of genetically modified insects before, because weaponised bugs are the most blatantly obvious method by which selected populations can be secretly depleted -if not erased altogether. Unfortunately, this programme is now underway.

Six months ago we reported that Russia had approached the United Nations Security Council with details of the US-owned bio-weapons laboratories discovered in Ukraine. In passing, I made reference to a 2014 patent that had been lodged in the US for a device labelled "Toxic Mosquito Aerial Release System". [to read that post CLICK HERE] At the time, I was highlighting the total lack of media coverage on what should have been a bombshell issue -the American military's outsourcing of chemical weapons research to 36 other countries.

At the risk of repeating myself, on what planet is this kind of behaviour okay? On its own, just placing a network of chemical weapons labs in Ukraine -on the Russian border- would have justified an immediate Russian invasion. If Vladimir Putin opened a chain of Anthrax-production labs in El Paso, wouldn't the American military be in Mexico faster than a speeding missile?

But the UN Security Council -like the mainstream media- had no interest whatsoever in Russia's complaint, despite the mountains of hard evidence presented. (An interesting contrast with the Security Council's rubber-stamping of the Iraq invasion on the basis of invisible "intelligence" and the sight of an American ex-general waggling a test-tube for the TV cameras.)

Anyway, distracted by the ongoing Ukraine conflict, I failed to notice the somewhat startling announcement that a "trans-national" (globalist) project was already underway to release over TWO BILLION genetically-modified mosquitoes in California. To help "prevent/wipe out malaria" of course. Unsurprisingly, the authors of this brilliant idea -a US-owned company named OXITEC are based just outside Oxford University in England. (Did I just mention the US military outsourcing its chemical-weapons research to 36 other countries?)

In case you -or the poor bastards who live in California- might see a few potential snags in Oxitec's deranged plan, the company is kind enough to spell out its intentions. Readers are invited to treasure the Oxitec "Vision Statement" as a masterpiece of its kind, containing as it does almost every globalist buzz-word in the Great Reset vocabulary:

VISION

Our vision is a world free from burdens caused by insects that transmit diseases and destroy crops achieved by using safe and sustainable technologies.

We seek to democratize the fight against these insects by making our technologies accessible to a broad and diverse range of stakeholders, including those who are underrepresented, marginalized, disadvantaged or excluded

We believe that we can achieve the elimination of vector-borne diseases in our lifetimes and that we can effectively and sustainably control crop pests in the face of growing demand for agricultural productivity and food security

Whatever else Oxitec produces, WEF-sponsored hot air is clearly top of the list. Unlike punctuation, which is clearly not a priority. Just how much democracy, diversity and sustainability can two billion marginalised bugs swallow?

The Oxitec sales-pitch is deceptively simple: their GM mozzies are all male and any offspring they produce will also be male. The idea being that a dearth of females in the mosquito population will reduce the population, with the aim of reducing the likelihood of disease. Oxitec claim they achieved "success" in a pilot study conducted in Brazil, where the human population were presumably too cowed to mount any organised oppposition to such a patently uncontrollable experiment.

The Guardian newspaper reported "The company claims to have encouraging results. “Every single larva that carried our gene emerged as an adult male. We didn’t have any female emergence.” [full article HERE]  Curious, isn't it, how effortlessly gender-norms like "male" and "female" pop up in places like the Guardian whenever humans are not involved? Are Oxitec perhaps 'assigning' gender when the infant mosquitoes hatch? Is that allowed?

In any case, having given themselves a glowing reference, Oxitec approached the political elite for the green light, without bothering to consult the Californian public, who might reasonably expect to have a say in what gets to bite them while they're toking crystal meth on the beach. On the other hand, I don't imagine the peasants of Wuhan got much say when the funny-looking bats started flying at dusk back in 2019. Anyway, as Oxitec is hard-wired to the Woke elite, the far-left California State authorities came through pronto with all the necessary permissions and licenses and it looked like all systems go for the Mother of All Swarms.

But four weeks ago New Atlas magazine threw a reality spanner into the works, with an article headlined

Failed GM mosquito control experiment may have strengthened wild bugs

...in which journalist Michael Irving reported on an 'aftermath'  study carried out by some boffins at Yale who monitored the  mosquito population in the precise area of Brazil where Oxitic had chucked about 450,000 of their mini-Frankensteins into the air.

"The idea sounded solid. Male Aedes aegypti mosquitoes were genetically engineered to have a dominant lethal gene. When they mated with wild female mozzies, this gene would drastically cut down the number of offspring they produced, and the few that were born should be too weak to survive long.

And since the offspring don’t live long enough to breed themselves, genes from the engineered bugs should stay neatly out of the gene pool of the wild population. The only visible effect should be the reduction of mosquito populations.

Unfortunately, that hasn’t been the case. Researchers from Yale University have now examined mosquitoes around the city of Jacobina, Brazil, where the largest test of this technique has taken place over the last few years. Not only did numbers bounce back up in the months after the test, but some of the native bugs, they found, had retained genes from the engineered mosquitoes.

“The claim was that genes from the release strain would not get into the general population because offspring would die,’’ says Jeffrey Powell, senior author of a study describing the discovery. “That obviously was not what happened.”

And then the shit really hit the fan.  Oxitec got swiftly and fiercely defensive, in that passive-aggressive way pioneered by the pronoun-lovers and the trans-Nazis. Among other hasty interventions, New Atlas magazine was arm-twisted to publish Oxitec's (not very substantial or coherent) objections to what was a perfectly reasonable and well-sourced report.

But it was too late to stop the backlash. It emerges that Californians had produced no less than 13,000 "comments" (criticisms) to the EPA and other State regulators, aimed at halting the release programme.

The Oxitec website suddenly acquired a huge section devoted to publishing songs of praise written in their honour by America's most trusted authority figures like the Environmental  Protection Agency. That's the same EPA which pronounced the air quality at the smoking rubble of the World Trade Centre safe to breathe in 2001. Over 400,000 workers were subsequently crippled or killed by inhalation of the toxic soup on-site.

With their Golden Goose facing extinction, Oxitec are doubling down. As if desperate to underline their near-religious devotion to all things Woke, the staff's nauseating self-obsession now includes the following, unintentionally hilarious guff:

+Inclusiveness We value and pursue diversity within our team and with those we work. We are working to serve as an agent for social justice.

+Authenticity We are made up of amazing and diverse group of humans who represent us in all of their uniqueness, together.

+Integrity Always. There is no exception to full integrity and honesty in all we do and stand for.

+Transparency We strive to be open and accessible to everyone, inside and out.

I'm sure they're first-class operators inside a bio-lab, but it seems the combined talents of this "amazing and diverse" group of humans doesn't run to basic English grammar, as the first three bullet-points of the above waffle demonstrate. As for the fourth -"transparency" -that's a flat-out lie. Oxitec has not -and refuses to- release the actual raw data relating to its experiments in species-manipulation, preferring to offer their "conclusions" instead. They are not, however, shy of bigging up their system, with a claim of "90% reduction " in mosquito populations - a claim intriguingly similar to the "95% effective" fanfare with which worthless covid jabs were recently marketed.

As if their commercial greed was not already obvious enough, the Oxitec lame-brains have actually gone so far as to trademark the word "Friendly" to make their engineered insects sound appealing...

But while Oxitec's millennial posturing is easy to mock, there are very serious implications lurking in the long grass where the GM mozzies go mating. There are (Oxitec claim) only two important modifications to their experimental insects. The first is intended to inhibit their ability to breed. The second "makes the bugs fluorescent under certain light, so they’re easily distinguishable from wild mosquitoes."

Which means their movements can be tracked. Which means the movements of mosquitoes in the wild can be observed, and, in the event of future, similar "releases", anticipated and exploited. Highly important information if you were a combat-oriented sort with one eye on the battlefield potential of weaponised insects. The virtue-signallers at Oxitec may even be dumb enough to think their work has no miltary applications, but that would hardly surprise, having read their juvenile proclamations. Mosquitoes, as anyone can see, could easily be recruited as weapons of 21st century warfare.

Which brings us neatly back to US patent number US8967029B1 - the one titled "Toxic Mosquito Aerial Release System". This time round, I made the leap into the actual patent office, and the screenshots below speak pretty well for themselves.

Childish as it is, the illustration gets the message across. One can only admire the skull and crossbones depicting the location of the "toxic mosquito food". Readers can visit the Google Patents website themselves and read all about the grisly details and potential lethal uses of this device -[CLICK HERE] and I strongly advise you do. In the screenshot below, we learn that this patent is not expected to expire until 2034, which means Oxitec have a fair amount of time to figure out how mosquitoes can best be distributed over a target area.

Note that the "inventor" of this marvellous death-delivery drone is listed as S. Mill Calvert. A very curious kind of name, and a nomenclature rarely seen nowadays. It serves as a rather clever way of disguising the author's real identity, since the 'S' could stand for anything between Susannah and Satan. I can find no online trace of any S. Mill Calvert, but I'm still looking. What I can say is that although the above patent was taken out in 2014, the mysterious S Mill Calvert is not short of bright ideas. Among many other patents lodged in the same name are various gun-related inventions -an "underwater firearm system" for example- and an oil-exploration probe.

As suggested earlier, it's quite possible the rank-and-file Oxitec bug-modifiers are sincere about their ambitious plan to transform malaria-infested swamps into democratised sustainable diverse communities where only mosquitoes can be marginalised. The kind of bilge pasted all over their site suggests these are not deep thinkers. Perhaps they are just innocent bio-chemists earning a living and telling themselves they're doing good, honest work.

But the Chief Executive Officer of Oxitec is another kettle of fish. Step forward the truly astonishing mister Grey Frandsen.

Frandson is as far from an innocent boffin as you could wish to find in the moral sewer of Biotech. He was 'appointed'  as CEO of Oxitec in 2017 -the same year Oxitec released genetically-engineered moths in New York State. In his company biography, we learn that Frandsen is not only terribly clever and important but hard-wired to the American government, the Department of Defense, the notorious CDC and, inevitably, the CIA. Grey Frandsen, in other words, has been a hard-core military/industrial complex operator, since the day he left college.

The highlights of his resume include "...being the first chief of staff  for the US Secretary of State's Office of Reconstruction and Stabilization." This peculiarly-named office operates under the equally obscure Bureau of Conflict and Stabilization Operations (CSO). Grey Frandsen's post was newly-created and appointed by the President of the United States -does that not tell you what he is?

In plain English, the CSO goes in to clear up the bloody mess after America goes to war. CSO operatives went into, for example, the 'Green Zone' in post-invasion Iraq to figure out how to disarm all the 'rebel' groups etc. Ditto for post-invasion Afghanistan -and didn't Grey do well getting out of that game before it went tits up?  But this boy is a real go-getter.

Reading on, we find that Oxitec's terribly dashing CEO has also "served as an advisor to the Centre for Disease Control, the Department of Defense, and the US Agency for International Development (USAID). In case you don't know, USAID is one of several front organisations which the CIA operates outside of the USA. (To read Grey Frandsen's full Oxitec biography CLICK HERE).

I took a look at the US State Department's mini-bio on the truly remarkable Grey Frandsen, and found that he also " served as the Special Assistant to the Assistant Secretary and Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary in the Bureau of Political-Military Affairs (PM), where his portfolio included the development of post-conflict response policy, continuity of operations planning, contingency planning coordination, and general policy coordination.

Well it all makes sense, now. I mean, it's a perfectly logical career-move to go from working in Washington D.C. with the "Bureau of Political-Miltary Affairs" to running a mosquito-engineering company based on an industrial estate near Oxford in England. Yes -in a pig's eye. Here is the news: Grey Frandsen is a career spook. If you cut him in half he'd have CIA stamped on every organ.

BIOTECH  BULL

There is no excuse whatsoever for releasing genetically-engineered insects into the wild while pretending its "toadally safe".  It's not safe, and it never could be. This is hare-brained scientistic nonsense. The smug techno-ponces of Oxitec are playing at god, while standing in the wings, awaiting their own turn at the wheel, are the medalled mass-murderers, rubbing their bloodstained hands in anticipation of a brand new killing-machine. Biotechnology be damned.

From this grubby little story, we see once again how the Pentagon views America's European "partners". We're not countries -just conveniently-located real estate for airstrips, missiles and and chemical-weapons research. Britain means no more to the American industrial elite than Ukraine: just another launch-pad. The laboratory staff at Oxitec should be ashamed of themselves, but no doubt they are being paid well enough to ignore which masters they are really serving. This is Britain, in 2022.

  1. It takes a certain kind of evil person to think of these sort of things. I see that gchq are actively recruiting ADHD and other "emotionally variant" women. This targeting of people with particular psychological traits isn't new, didn't the Nazi party in Germany rummage through psychiatric hospitals for psychopaths?

Another good article IA-P, I see your site linked far and wide around the web.

    1. You see it as it is Andy - a certain amount of psychos are always available for the wanabee rulers of the world. It astonishes me that their activities can be so blatant, so easily exposed, yet we are forced to inhabit an information ghetto. Hope you're right about the site :-) Ian AP
