Ukraine's Rebranding As A Gigantic NATO Military Base: Fatal Mistake

The grubby, blood-drenched bait-and-switch agenda of globalism shifts gear again, as 'poor defenceless Ukraine' stands poised to become the Pentagon's wet-dream. If the NATO war-pigs get their way, Eastern Europe will cave to every last corporate demand, and Russia will find a massive,  permanent, hostile military base parked on its doorstep. Tanks, F-16s and...nukes? If the loudmouth armchair warriors of the USA and the UK think this is clever, they had better get ready for payback. Our cardboard cut-out leaders are infants playing with fire.

Reports are emerging of a rapid shift in Russian military preparations aimed at ending the Ukraine conflict and driving NATO off the doorstep. It appears that Zelensky's deranged refusal to negotiate a peaceful settlement aligns perfectly with the Klondyke-style profiteering of the western military/industrial complex. As a result, the uncontrollable greed of the arms dealers has outstripped the bounds of sanity in the cash-rich corridors of Washington.

ENOUGH

Putin has, it is rumoured, had enough of the relentless escalation of a conflict that could have been halted in weeks. A simple negotiation last spring would have spared over 200,000 lives, but nobody gets rich by negotiating. Oh so much money has been made out of stoking the actor Zelensky's mass-media ego-trip that the wolves -deafened by their own howling- cannot hear the air-raid sirens in the distance. The word is that February will see a decisive strike upon two fronts: (1) the strategically crucial Ukrainian coastline and (2) the NATO arms-supply route which feeds rockets, tanks, 'advisers' and god knows what else into Ukraine from Poland.

I do not much enjoy taking the armchair-general perspective but in view of the truly insane "WW3" baloney being spouted by geopolitical has-beens (Blair / Johnson) and political imbeciles (Biden / Macron) it's important to keep a grip on reality. So let's take a look at the situation 'on the ground' as the military vultures say.

Rather than get into the small-print of the territorial disputes that triggered the conflict, we may as well assess the war in terms of how it will end. It will end in a Russian victory -of sorts (terms and conditions apply) but to understand the how, why and the where, we need a map.

It's not hard to see why Ukraine is strategically important. After decades of creeping expansion, NATO has six 'loyal' countries lined up facing Russia's western border. By 2018 there were -geographically speaking- only three countries left between NATO and Moscow - Moldova, Ukraine and Belarus.

In 2019, the western puppet Vlodomyr Zelensky was installed as President of Ukraine with a CIA- backed political coup. He immediately began negotiations to join the EU, and demanded Ukraine be allowed to join NATO. [ZELENSKY details HERE]

In 2020, during the Covid-19 chaos, a second western puppet - Maia Sandu- was installed as President of Moldova. Sandu is a thoroughbred NATO product -a graduate of Harvard University who worked at the World Bank in Washington. President Sandu has been begging to join the EU since 2022. If accepted, Moldova's NATO membership would be a formality. [MAIA SANDU details HERE]

If Ukraine and Moldava are admitted to the EU/NATO block, this would leave Belarus as Russia's last remaining ally on the border. Ukraine would have become what President Zelensky was installed to create: the largest NATO military base in Eastern Europe, able to nuke Moscow within minutes. Anyone who thinks Validmir Putin will permit that possibility is off their rocker. Nuclear posturing is what this war is about.

ENTER BELARUS

Not surprisingly, Russian miltary sources are now letting it be known that in February, Belarus will be the 'preparation zone' for a major attack aimed at closing the supply of NATO weapons entering Ukraine through Poland. By cooperating with this -and Belarus hasn't much choice in the matter- Belarus will become a de facto 'front-line' in the Russia/NATO war -which is precisely what we are observing. It's time to drop the pretense that this battle is about freedom, democracy and apple pie. [BELARUS update HERE]

From a Russian viewpoint, this is an existential battle for survival -and by no means their first. As Putin quipped yesterday -"80 years on, we once again find ourselves facing German tanks on our border."

The reference to Russia's historic all-or-nothing victory over the invading Nazis was not lost on the Russian people. Nor did it go unremarked in the bowels of the Pentagon, where the neo-cons slither and plot. Behind closed doors, the Big Boys are starting to question whether or not this whole Ukraine jamboree might just be getting of control. Chiefs of Staff in the US Armed Forces are complaining bitterly that too much important hardware is going to Ukraine -soon they will be unable to offer any support to Taiwan if/when the Chinese decide to strike. In Beijing, the generals are watching carefully to see which way the wind blows.

Meanwhile in Rishi Sunak's Broken Britain, the public display of Ukraine flags is quietly losing steam as the bills of winter begin to bite. Reality has a habit of asserting itself, when the chickenhawks come home to roost.
